Software Engineer, SeniorThe Challenge:

As a full-stack developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. We're looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to build a software maintenance environment from vision to production-ready system.

As a software engineer on our team, you'll work directly with your customer to overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches like functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of software systems, including, but not limited to application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software. You'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing, and managing, considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

9+ years of experience with programming languages, including Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, C/C, or Perl
Experience with Postgres, or MS SQL Server
Experience with the systems development life cycle
Ability to translate customer requirements into application designs, and systems requirements
Ability to troubleshoot applications, and database issues
Ability to create software development design documentation
TS/SCI clearance
BA or BS degree in Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering

Nice If You Have:

Experience with upgrading from previous versions of Java
Knowledge of virtual environments
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
MA or MS degree in Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
