The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles all inbound customer calls, addresses customer issues regarding orders to include making decisions regarding claims and resolutions and makes outbound calls as necessary. The CSR assists customers with pricing, inventory and lead time on all available items. The CSR will also provide freight estimates, order status, order tracking information and submit rush requests to meet in hands date via phone or email.
Minimum Qualifications:
Answering calls through the customer service queue and inside-sales queue to assist with product questions and order status, rushes, inventory, quotes, and claims. Responding to customer emails and faxes.
Tracking and maintaining orders that you are assisting with and keeping constant contact with the customer to ensure the order is being processed and handled correctly.
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and how details fit into the big picture.
Have a passion for continual learning about the Safety products we support
Above-average communications & listening skills.
Speak, verbal and written in English; bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of prior customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrates the adaptability to work independently, but also with a team.
Strong MS Office skills to include Word, Excel & Outlook.
