We are hiring a Business Analyst for the CANS America’s Commercial Management team in Annapolis, Maryland.This is a remote position.Job DescriptionThis position reports to the Americas Commercial Manager supporting the Americas regional Program Management team. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:Resolves routine and non-routine customer service and invoice inquiries and problems, referring only the most complex issues to others

Assist Program Managers with the monthly monitoring of P&L reporting and customer opportunities

Support bid and proposal aspects of CANS portfolio of services; support the development of pricing structures that meet customer’s needs while growing gross margin.

Interact with sales and program managers throughout the CANS Organization and frequently with external contacts and customers. Sensitivity to confidentiality, policies and procedures is required

Preparing customer reports and proposal responses, expediting and tracking purchase orders, and investigate labor and other service expenditures for accuracy to coordinate corrections when required.

Support the development of various pricing and financial models to launch new services, win new customers, and retain key renewals.

Provide support in preparation of business plans in consultation with program managers, analyze, coordinate and follow through on business related issues

Responsible for project coordination and take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the commercial and program managers

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant business/finance experience OR

In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Possess strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving thinking

Proficiency in the use of computer software (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet and database)

Possess demonstrated collaboration with functional teams, strong organizational, and communication skills.

Exercise independence, responsiveness and initiative in generally defined areas of responsibility

Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:Spanish speaking is highly desired but not a requirement
