For more information, please visit: www.guidehouse.com. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the Director will build and be a leader for Guidehouse Consulting’s financial crimes technology solutions. The Director will join the leadership team to ensure that Financial Services crimes technologies are met including: market share is obtained, profit and operational goals are attained, solutions and product strategy is defined and executed, vendor alliances are established, and resources are developed that deliver high impact to clients. The Director also will be accountable to help the Financial Services Practice (FS) meets it financial goals. Heavy Director or Director Partner Ideal candidates will have expertise in the banking, financial services or fintech space, with emphasis in technology solutions. We are looking for consulting leader with deep crimes technology experience i ncluding vendor system technology, data feeds, reporting and analytics generation and system integration architecture Come design & deploy the next generation of crimes (and fraud) solutions to identify the bad actors and make it easier for people and organizations to move money. Responsibilities Develop tactical crimes/fraud solution roadmaps for analytics, digital anti-crime/fraud strategy, crime technology transformation, testing anti-fraud controls, and training.

Build/support strategic relationships with crime technology vendors.

Contribute to Guidehouse FS business strategy by translating it into tangible crimes/fraud technology solutions that ensure the division meets its growth objectives.

Establish and grow relationships with key digital stakeholder groups across FS and client accounts.

Actively participate in enterprise wide strategies initiatives and collaboration groups as a thought leader.

Continual innovation of GIC Technology practice capability based on market analysis, segment/firm strategy and client needs in the aligned marketplace.

You will be a lead AML Crimes technology expert responsible directly and indirectly for selling Financial Crimes solutions to clients, building partnerships and alliances and training the practice resources to achieve profitable growth.

Impactful leadership technical aspects of the Financial Crimes practice including vendor system technology, data feeds, reporting and analytics generation and system integration architecture

Leverage deep subject matter expertise with AML/Financial Crimes systems and data to demonstratively contribute to: closing sales and recruiting teams to build and operate various financial crimes/AML/Fraud focused service offerings and assets

Actively lead execution in portfolio of engagements

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Deep subject matter expertise with various vendor Financial Crimes/AML/KYC technology platforms in Banking or Financial Services (minimum 12+ yrs. experience)

5+ yrs. in financial services technology consulting focused in financial crimes solutions

Leadership operating multiple projects simultaneously

Clear experience managing, structuring, motivating technology teams to grow and work together toward excellence

Document and execute Current State, Future State and Gap Analysis

Must have working knowledge of fintech, banking or financial services industry.

Mastery of the Financial Crimes detection and alert processes –

5+ years in Financial Services Technologies, Identity resolution (and/or Fraud detection) focused in delivering high impact solutions

Expertise in Financial Crimes alert routing and workflow

Ability to architect and implement technology to stand up or support and existing Financial Crimes function

Demonstrated success in selling financial services technology consulting solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university required.

Preferred

Track record of operating in a Financial Crimes practice developing and implementing client and solutions as well as software development teams.

Desire to partner with sales to evangelize Guidehouse offering and provide Subject Matter Expertise credibility

Possesses deep knowledge of the financial industry.

Superior time and project management skills.

NICE Actimize Subject Matter Expertise or certification

CAMS certification

3+ yrs. selling consulting services $3M+ annually

Masters Degree
