Tyler Technologies' Maryland Enterprise is currently looking to hire a Office and Financial Manager. As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our customer subscription accounts to include billing, invoices, and processing payments. Candidates should have a strong customer service presence. This position is located in Annapolis, Maryland and is a hybrid role.
Job duties in a few tidy bullet points:- Manages all aspects of customer subscription accounts including billing and maintenance of customer files
- Prepare bills, invoices, and processes payment batches
- Oversees accounts payable/receivables and maintains all vendor files
- Oversee month-end financial closing procedures and reporting
- Manage new service setups including bank, service code, and partner account setups
- Manages daily office needs such as office supply orders and mail
- Assist with new hire processing
- Provide administrative support for management team
- Provides excellent customer service thru email and phone interactions
- Provide customer service support
- Undergraduate degree or related work experience
- Minimum two years of job related experience
- Must have excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, including verbal and written abilities
- Must display a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated with a desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly flexible and entrepreneurial environment
