Molloy's Irish pub Crofton MD is seeking an experienced front/back of house restaurant manager.
Shifts are usually 4 nights and 1 day shift. Shift Meal and shift drink.
Duty's include,
Employee Supervision/Hiring/Training/Shift Meetings.
Expediting of Food and making sure it meets standard before it gets to the customer.
Cleanliness of Bar/Restaurant at all times.
Small office duty's ie
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
Previous knowledge of Micros or Aloha or similar. We use a system called "toast"
