Seeking professional Apartment Maintenance Technicians to assist at residential communities in Annapolis, MD!
Candidate must possess the following skills, supplies & attributes:
At least 1 year of residential or hotel maintenance experience
Previous managerial/supervisory experience preferred
Electrical | Plumbing | Drywall/Painting | Fixtures & Appliance skills
HVAC/CFC certification ideal but not required
Ability to communicate well and work in a team/solo environment
Successfully complete turnovers, work orders and punch outs
Personal tools
Reliable transportation
Working email and mobile phone
Open to full-time, permanent employment potential
