Peraton is seeking a Java developer to join a team building Test Automation as a Service for a large analytic cloud repository. The candidate should have strong development skills sufficient to create tools/libraries for: Data creation and manipulation; System instrumentation and monitoring; Scenario tracking and reporting. Understanding the power of test automation and helping the team propel the idea forward is critical. Knowledge of REST, JSON, PKI, Selenium WebDriver, FitNesse, and JMeter/Gatling is desired. A background in DevOps, Kubernetes, is a plus, but not necessary.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and two 2 years' experience in the development, engineering, interfacing, integration of hardware and software systems to include an understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, concepts of operation, interface standards, and system architectures. Four years of experience may be substituted for a degree. • Basic understanding of Object Oriented and Structured development methodologies and languages. • Developing documentation required to support a program's technical issues and training situations • Active TS/SCI with poly clearance Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of REST, JSON, PKI, Selenium WebDriver, FitNesse, and JMeter/Gatling is desired. • A background in DevOps, Kubernetes, We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
