The FIRST of the Next Generation Analysis Contracts has been awarded. This multi-year contract needs you to fill highly skilled mathematicians, scientists, engineers, planners, collection managers and analysts. As a Intrusion Analyst, you will enjoy cutting-edge work analyzing target digital network data to discover, analyze, and document malicious or unauthorized activity, in order to mitigate threats.Primary Responsibilities You will analyze target digital network data to discover, analyze, and document malicious or unauthorized activity using information collected from a variety of SIGINT and computer network defense resources.

Analyze meta-data collected from tasked communications systems in order to identify, locate, and track targets, and to accurately report the intelligence gained from meta-data analysis.

Categorize traffic as benign, suspicious, or malicious activity; and document malicious tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Have a network and/or host-based focus.

Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Degree must be in in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience

CISSP, CEH, Sec+, Net+, GIAC GREM and/or CREA Certification is required

Preferred QualificationsYou would really impress us by having relevant experience must be in malware analysis. Programming experience in C, C#, C, Java, Perl, or Python is preferred

Pay Range:Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
