- Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
- The Systems Analyst will provide system access to various tools within the Client Partner Network
- The candidate will be responsible for enabling Partner access to approved tools and training Partners on how to use them.
- Systems include but are not limited to CIM, Citrix, DUO, and the Partner Portal.
- Engage via collaboration tools and in person with Partners and internal support.
- Provide access to systems required for Partners to gain access to approved Client tools.
- Systems include but are not limited to CIM, Citrix, DUO, and PRM.
- Train Partners on how to use tools to which they have been granted access.
- Engage with other Client organizations to facilitate access approvals and processes.
- Communicate effectively with Partner and internal support as needed regarding status of requests.
- Track pertinent details of requests in google sheets.
- Provide reports on activity.
- Collaborate with others performing this function to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Updated records to reflect changes (partner moves from one company to another, etc).
- Reactivate expired credentials and add new contacts as needed.
- Enable users for lead sharing capabilities within SFDC/Partner Portal as needed.
- Troubleshoot and support Partners with regard to system access issues and challenges.
- A self-starter who is passionate about enabling people to be successful.
- Demonstrated training facilitation and project management capabilities with track record of accomplishing goals on deadline
- Familiarity with the G-Suite.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management across various organizations.
- Technical aptitude with good understanding of IT and user requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
