Position SummaryIn this role you will be developing a replacement for an existing software application used to query mission data. It will involve replicating the existing functionality. Majority of the work is in the UI with some middle tier work as well. In addition to the above work, this person will also modernize 4 other JAVA applications (moving from Swing to web apps, or upgrading frameworks in web apps).Required Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field 5 or more years of higher level programming experience, BS in CS will count toward 2 years of experience
- Within the last 7 years, a minimum of 5 years' experience with designing, coding, testing, and debugging software to run on LINUX Operating System.
- Experience working with customers to define requirements and then implement them.
- Full stack development experience

- Git (or similar version control) experience
