Junior Front End

Web Developer

with TS/SCI FSP at its

Annapolis Junction, MD location.

Responsibilities

Junior Front End Web Developer duties and responsibilities include:

Working with clients to develop the overall look and design of a website
Writing website code with programming languages such as HTML, C and Java
Producing, maintaining and modifying websites and user interfaces
Incorporating applications, graphics, audio and video clips into client websites
Creating tools that enhance the user's website experience
Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones
Routinely testing websites for ease of use, speed and other quality factors
Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Baseline Certification

: DoD 8570 Compliance with IAM Level 1 is required.

Education/

Years of Experience: No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required skills:

• Experience with one or more of the following: Linux, Javascript, React, Node, CSS, REST, HTML/HTML5, XML, JSON, Git, Python• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies• Strong desire to learn and grow

Desired skills:

• Experience with: Node, Django, ElasticSearch, Redis, Jenkins, PHP• Experience with 508 compliance tools: SiteImprove, NoCoffee, AXE, JAWS, WAVE• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments• Experience working in an Agile development environment
