Our people have provided professional services in the Information Technology field for our customers with a commitment to customer satisfaction for over 30 years.IMG - provides information technology (IT), information assurance (IA), and visual communication services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is hiring a full-time Web Developer with TS/SCI FSP at its Annapolis Junction, MD location.ResponsibilitiesWeb Developer duties and responsibilities include:- Responsible for designing, creating, testing and maintaining web sites and content using Web development tools such as .NET, Visual Studio, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Interact with team to gather and define requirements.
- Analyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy their needs.
- Coordinate creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design.
- Follow a formal design process that includes adhering to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of the web site end-product.
- Design and develop visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation.
- Deliver comprehensive web site solutions to satisfy customer requirements.
- Maintain configuration management.
- Candidate may be required to respond to after-hours requests in support of SLA requirements.
- Converting user requirements into system requirements.
- Developing web application solutions using latest Agile techniques.
- Utilizing best practices for web development.
- Recommending system improvements.
- Providing thorough system documentation.
- Proficient with one or more of the following: (Proficiency expected: Junior Level 0-5years, Mid Level 5-10, Senior 10+)
- Java
- PHP
- .Net C#
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- Experience with MariaDB, MS SQL, MySQL, or Oracle
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
- Experience with Mapping and Geocoding APIs
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, and Python
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
