Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Generator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up potential client leads which the company provides, and communicating our services, and generating appointments for our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to set appointments effectively while building rapport with clients. No cold calling required. We will provide the list of our very own potential clients who need our service and help. You will spend 3-5 minutes with potential client to set next Appointment for our sales Team. Responsibilities
Conduct warm and outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to generate interest and secure appointments.
Utilize sales techniques to engage potential customers and overcome objections.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and client interactions in our system.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition of scheduled appointments.
Follow up with Customers that requesting our services as necessary to maximize appointment generation efforts.
Requirements
Have customer service experience.
Must have Transportation.
Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
