Bilingual Customer Service Representative for High Volume Inbound Call Center

Currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to fill a temporary to permeant position with a high-volume inbound call center in Woodlawn, MD. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of high-volume Call Center experience and will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience in a high-volume setting call center
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
Answer inbound phone calls and give information regarding health care.
Update customer and account information as needed.
Respond promptly to customer needs.
Solicit customer feedback to improve service.
Handle general customer inquiries
Perform other call center duties as needed.
Requirements of the Customer Representative Inbound
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
Minimum 1 year of Call Center experience
Computer proficiency
Ability to understand customer needs and find the best solution to customer problems
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and interact well with others
Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multi-task
Must be flexible, reliable and available for occasional overtime as needed
Must be able to pass required tests
The call center is open from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Must be available during that time period
Able to commit to 3 weeks of training without missing any time from work.
Salary- $15.00 hourly
Bonus
Referral bonus- Refer a friend and receive $50 after they work 60 days
