PURPOSE:The Associate User Experience Designer will work with senior team members to collaborate with Product Management, End users, Business stakeholders and Engineering teams to ensure that there is clear understanding of the expected user experience, and create design solutions for the product. The Associate User Experience Designer will follow the enterprise UX design process and Design system to finish the UX tasks. They will collaborate with team members and work independently to perform their daily responsibilities. As a valued member of the UX team, the individual will use their skills and insights in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver great experiences across products/platforms. The individual will use their presentation skills where required to communicate the UX design to stakeholders.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Visual Design by using design tool to create high fidelity mockups, prototypes/concept design, Maintain and improve design system by following organization’s brand guideline. Generating UI specification for developers. Play QA role to ensure the final product conforms design.Interaction Design to assist Senior Designer on card sorting activities. Conceptualize navigation schemas, search schema & taxonomies. Identify user scenarios. Create sitemap, task flows, user flows and wireframes.UX Research to assist Senior Designer on defining UX research strategy. Support stakeholder interviews and analyze reports. Support competitive analysis and heuristic evaluation. Support development of personas, empathy maps and user journey maps. Help to conduct quantitative, qualitative user research and compile finding reports.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
