In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Management team in the creation and maintenance of major product lines in multiple commercial construction and industrial channels. You'll get to:- Leads and Takes Ownership of Initiating New Product Development Projects
- Drives Alignment and Direction to Teams in a Matrix Organization and Actively Engages CrossFunctionally with Engineering, Operations, & Commercial Partners including Sales and Marketing
- Presents NPD Progress Report-Outs to Leadership
- Works with Vendor Partners and Supply Chain Teams to Optimize Sourced Solutions
- Optimizes Product Portfolio based on End-User, Customer and Organizational Needs
- Works with Brand and Channel Marketing to assemble compelling launch materials
- 3-Years of Product Management or Similar Experience
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
- Previous P&L or Financial Management Experience
- Go-to-Market Experience in B2B Product Lines (Preferred)
- 3-Years Program Management Experience (Milestone, Stage/Phase-Gate, Agile, Lean, etc.)
- Experience working with Brand and Channel Marketing to launch new products and programs
- 15 to 25% Travel to visit end users, distributors, plants, suppliers, and trade shows
