PURPOSE:Involved with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) projects impacting internal business owners that have a significant operational, and /or financial impact. Manages and is responsible for all aspects of the system instance to include understanding data model and navigating around the application; training and assisting users; setting up and managing users; monitoring and controlling security and data access; customizing data fields; managing data, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards; automation tasks and workflows; and managing support processes. Works with business owners and vendors to manage risks, improve processes, develop and/or implement technology applications enabling the company to meet future goals and objectives.This position will heavily be involved with the maintenance, development, and optimization of the Policy Module within the system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Serves as the system administrator and subject matter resource for the corporate compliance GRC system. Manages, configures and maintains system architecture, data, and applications. Performs system administrator tasks but not limited to: configuring and maintaining user interface and search configurations; sets up and manages users; manages security and data access; creates and maintains custom fields; maintains and insures data quality; manages data; creates, runs and/or modifies reports and dashboards; automates email administration, workflows and items as necessary; and manages support processes. Creates documentation to support management and maintenance of system and associated applications.
  • Provides ongoing support for technical system questions and problems. Analyzes and researches system problems, coordinating with vendors, consultants/contractors and other parties as necessary in order to track them to resolution. Develops, documents, and communicates alternative workarounds for system defects until system solutions can be implemented. Provides assistance to developers and testers in order to resolve defects encountered during the development or testing process. As needed, develops and executes test plans and documents test results.
  • Provides training on system, associated applications, processes and procedures. Educates system users and stakeholders of the system's capabilities and helps developers understand the business impact of technical decisions.
  • Participates in work group meetings (i.e. process improvement, status meetings, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related healthcare or compliance field

Experience:3 years experience in a systems administration or closely related role

Preferred:Experience in a systems administration of a GRC, IRM or Policy Management tool

In Lieu of EducationIn lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

  • Technical knowledge with a variety of hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint/One Drive, Mac OS, Windows 10
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies
