And under this roof, we protect what matters most.Job Summary:● Support ongoing initiatives to improve overall plant manufacturing safety through corrective actions with the maintenance department.● Ensure both preventative/reactive repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner to ensure continuous operation of all high speed production lines.● Enter and update maintenance records in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to accurately record hours worked, job completed and maintain correct spare part inventory.● Work on specific maintenance projects and assignments involving work on conveyor systems, control devices, motor repairs and power circuits.● Work with Electricians and Mechanics to complete assigned maintenance tasks.● Interface with production operators and other functional departments effectively.● Complete and follow all required safety permits for the type of work being performed.● Ability to respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.● Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.● Demonstrate effective planning, prioritization, organizational and reporting skills.● Independent problem- solving skills.● Ensure all activities are performed safely.● Perform other duties.Physical Demands● Frequent sitting, walking and standing; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and balancing● Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone● Required to sit, stand, walk and use hands to grasp, handle or feel objects, tools and product samples● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus● Required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch● Ability to perform detailed testing processes in various process conditions● Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling the use of manufacturing equipment and machinery● Ability to read and concentrate via computer data entry typing and prooing● Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 poundsUnder This Roof, We RequireEducation & General Requirements:● Must be pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s in any of these majors:● Electromechanical Maintenance Technology● Electrical Occupations● Electrical Technology● Mechatronics Engineering Technology● All candidates must have a minimum 2.8 GPA, at least sophomore standing● Must take an electrical/mechanical test● Available to work Monday thru Friday up to 40 hours/week and overtime hours as needed.● Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to workHow We Protect What Matters Most
