This role involves developing a high-reliability .NET console application that integrates with the EPA RCRAInfo REST APIs to securely extract, transform, and synchronize environmental compliance data with an internal ETS system.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop .NET Core/.NET 8 console applications using C#Build secure REST API integrations using HttpClient or RestSharpImplement OAuth2 token-based authentication and token lifecycle managementParse and transform complex JSON/XML data into business objectsPerform SQL Server/Oracle data inserts, updates, and upsertsImplement robust logging (Serilog/NLog), retry policies (Polly), and error handlingSupport scheduled task execution with monitoring and automated notifications
