Primary Responsibilities Include: Utilize job aids to assist internal and external contracts with go-live of the Workday Financials Monitors Solar Winds tickets in the queue for Workday Phase 2 Respond to Workday tickets in SolarWinds Opening a new tickets as issue arise Track and log issues received via SolarWindsEducation and Experience: Associates degree and two years of Administrative experience.
