- Need to provide administrative support for Informatica and SnapLogic platforms ensuring platform operational health
- Assist in the planning and execution of Informatica and Snaplogic upgrades, AMI refreshes, patching etc.
- ETL Admin mailbox support of requests
- On-call rotation 24x7 support
- Troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues for resolution
- Monitors and administers multi- functional platforms, working in partnership with development teams, to identify best in class development and operational practices.
- Advanced administrative knowledge of the Informatica Power Center (ETL), MDM, IDQ, Data Archive, Test Data Management, Data Masking, IICS, SnapLogic, Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, SalesForce, Informatica) metadata tools, data virtualization, data management platforms.
- Provide administrative support for SnapLogic and Informatica platforms.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Informatica products and Snaplogic upgrades, AMI(AWS EC2 instances) refreshes, patching, EBF's etc.
- Demonstrated extensive experience applying technical standards and change control policies and procedures.
- ETL Admin mailbox support for all requests that come in.
- Participate in rotating 24x7 coverage providing level 3 support to ensure applications availability, acting as a partner for application outages and issues. This includes the ability to evaluate, assess and remediate multi-tiered technical applications.
- Proficient in SQL and Relational Database Concepts.
- Unix, python scripting preferred.
- Experience working with various operating systems (server OS) preferred.
