- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or related field) and 2-5 years relevant experience (IT infrastructure support) or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
- Experience administrating and maintaining Citrix NetScaler Application Delivery Controller devices for load balancing and VPN connectivity.
- Experience administrating and maintaining Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and VDI platforms.
- Experience supporting the lifecycle of VPCs in Nutanix and Azure hosting platforms.
- Administrate, maintain, monitor Citrix NetScaler Application Delivery Controllers, XenApp, XenDesktop, Azure and Nutanix VPCs, and Windows servers.
- Provide technical expertise for maintaining high performance and reliability of these key IT solutions.
- Meet prescribed SLAs and work to use monitoring and automation to improve operations, reliability and solution delivery.
