Performance Lead Location: Baltimore MD Duration: 6 months Onshore performance test lead
- Conduct Proof of Concept/Feasibility study if needed
- Identify test environment requirements
- Develop Performance Test Scripts
- Draft and execute performance Test strategy
- Execute Performance Test Scripts, analyze results, log defects, report testing outcomes
- Ensure performance testing deliverables comply with agreed applicable standards/practices
- Superior knowledge of the performance scripting best practices
- Superior knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies as necessary for the assigned project (LoadRunner and LoadRunner cloud)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of managing offshore teams
- Extreme attention to detail
- Escalate delivery risks and issues to the Test Lead.
- Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Engineering equivalent
- Expert knowledge of the Performance Testing competencies
- Basic understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance or Financial Domain
- Solid written and verbal skills along with proven delivery experience and exhibits confidence operating in the position
