- Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of acquisition of major automated information systems
- Prepare and execute detailed analyses of project and program management activities
- Support the development and tracking of cost schedule and performance of government projects and programs.
- Provide support for processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for ITSM/Technology Development processes and projects
- BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, or relevant discipline from an accredited college/university
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in program / project status and schedule reporting and analysis Experience in MS Project Significant Excel, Word and Powerpoint Excellent ability to communicate professionally in writing
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the ITSM lifecycle of processes and projects in an ITSM environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a large and diverse team
