UVS InfoTech is seeking a contractual Systems Administrator for our direct client to be the technical point of contact for Payroll and Retirement plans in the Workday platform. Typical Responsibilities may include:
- Serve as technical point of contact
- Ensuring data integrity maintenance, system modifications, report writing, document maintenance, system audits, solving tenant configurations and integration issues and making recommendations for process changes
- Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency
- Perform analysis into root cause of problems and resolve as appropriate
- Test and modify payroll integrations and retirement plans in Workday
- Assembles and prepares program and system documents for change control request
- Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other technical projects as assigned including partnering on training, content and delivery
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 5 years of ERP integration experience
- Understanding of security groups and roles and assignment of those roles
- Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
- Well-versed in Agile development methodologies including Scrum best practices
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with systems and program users in workday.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of the interrelationship of systems analysis, computer programming, and information technology operations.

- Adapt to change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems
