Salontra Select Suites is property management company that leases private suites to salon professionals. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Concierge.
Essential Job Function:
As the first point of contact, you will be required to greet clients, guest and tenants with a smile and inform them about the services available at Salontra Select Suites. The selected candidate must be courteous, professional, create a welcoming environment and possess strong conflict resolution skills.
The selected candidate must be customer service oriented with leadership and supervisory capabilities. The Concierge will be responsible for the following:
Meet/greet clients/tenants
Perform front desk reception duties
Service clients and tenants
Capable of lifting between 30-45 lbs.
Maintain vending machine inventory
Assist in maintaining cleanliness
Travel using company vehicle to purchase inventory
Key Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age
Minimum one year experience in direct customer service or hospitality industry experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Leadership and supervisory capabilities
We have positions available in Catonsville, Owings Mills, White Marsh.
