Have solid knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
Able to prepare and execute key components of dishes.
Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
Support their fellow cooks.
Team player & excited to learn and grow
