A small bar/venue in Baltimore city is looking for a trustworthy, friendly person to bar back and work the ticket window for events.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
-IDing customers
-Taking money at the door
-Setting up for events
-Cleaning up after events
-Washing glasses
-Barbacking for the bartender
-Cleaning and stocking bathrooms
Applicants Need to Be:
-Available Monday and Friday evenings, and many Saturdays
-Trustworthy, responsible, and able to follow through on commitments
-Able to handle and count money
-Able to move quickly and juggle multiple tasks at once
-Friendly to customers
-Able to work in a team and take direction
-Willing to keep an eye out for safety issues
-Flexible with hours
Minimum of 15 hours/week, although hours will vary and may be up to 30 hours some weeks. Pay is by the hour, negotiable, and has room for bonuses and added responsibilities based on performance.
