A small non profit in owings mills needs part time admin support (10 -15 hrs per week.) During this pandemic telework will be available. The first task will involve:
1) completing a large mailing (stuffing envelopes with brochures, a letter, etc.)
Other admin tasks may be assigned moving forward. These may include the following:
1) correspondence 2) answering phone/ responding to messages 3) email communication 4) filing 5) book keeping (Quickbooks)
Ability to communicate in Spanish would be another plus but is not required. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
