Allied International Corp.(www.alliedint.com), an import/export company located in Glen Burnie, MD is looking for organized, detailed oriented and dedicated individuals on a full time or part time basis to do administrative and customer service related work. Office experience and proficient computer and time management skills required. Flexible hours Monday – Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm. The position is entry level.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications Include:

- Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office)

- Attention to Detail & Ability to Multi-Task

- Organizational & Time Management Skills

- Reporting, Administrative, Writing and Verbal Communication Skills and Good Command of the English Language

- MUST demonstrate polite and professional written and communication skills

- Ability to work as a "team player" and able to handle pressure with ease

Some Responsibilities Include:

1. Answering Phones

2. Processing orders, invoicing, billing, accounts receivable.

3. Mailings & Logging of incoming and outgoing packages

4. Email communication.

5. Handling customer service calls and inquiries

6. Maintaining schedules

7. Maintain catalogs, price lists, sales materials etc.

8. Coordinate hotel and flight reservations when necessary
