- Prior experience in application design of Enterprise Verint WFO/WFM
- Prior experience working with government agencies
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configurations in a large agency network
- Work with OCS on application design elements
- Work with Verint ACs in implementing changes
