Onsite role Manager, IT Security and Access Management Scope and Purpose of Position: Manager, IT Security & Access Management is responsible for governing IAM, including team management, operational governance, security, compliance, and service excellence. Requires ability to build relationships with internal customers and IT areas. Requires previous successful experience in IT service, vendor, or operations management. General knowledge of Security, and Identity & Access Services preferred, including: Identity Management (IDM) and Access Governance (IAG), Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Active Directory (AD), Data Governance, Security Operations, and Identity Data Management. Major Duties and Responsibilities: ? Define and implement strategy, service enhancements, and ongoing operational oversight for the Access Management Groups. ? Governance of Identity and Access Services; work with key partners to ensure that services are delivered according to standards including the operational, financial, and security/compliance performance of the services areas. ? Markets the Identity and Access services to internal business partners. ? Influences senior-level customers and project teams through change management initiatives. ? Maintains a broad understanding of the IT environment and how it impacts the Identity and Access security domain. ? Influences the effectiveness of the organization business processes in areas of expertise. ? Acts as liaison between the user organization and access management. ? Management of Service Level Agreements, creates and delivers reports on service health. ? Ensures that the service complies with the relevant governmental, legal, security, compliance, and policies, and produces reporting to support. Education: ? Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education Experience: ? Strong relevant technical and business work experience demonstrating a range of service management and leadership skills ? Previous experience in Security/IAM preferred ? Demonstrated ability to become thoroughly familiar with the services and products delivered and the tools, methods, procedures, equipment and software used in the operation and management of the service ? Above average proficiency using office productivity applications and comprehensive understanding of service management techniques ? Customer service driven, quality focused, and team oriented with high standards of professional behavior, effective and persuasive written and oral communication skills ? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or equivalent work experience) required ? ITIL Certification ?
