Piper Companies is currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst for a cutting-edge biotech organization in Baltimore, Maryland (MD). The Quality Assurance Analyst will provide support to the development of oncology immunotherapy efforts.
Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst:- Critically review Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documents such as: executing batch records, analytical testing data, microbial and environmental monitoring data, WFI testing data, equipment data, and logbooks
- Batch review and release efforts, such as: review documentation and authorization of shipments, scan and file released batch records, initiate non-conformance investigations, and perform SAP transactions
- Revise documents and change controls related to Document Control quality system performance
- Compile and report performance metrics for Batch Review and Release
- Provide logistical support and technical knowledge during regulatory and internal inspections of quality systems
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
- 1 year in an FDA regulated industry and knowledge of cGMP preferred
- Bachelors Degree in science-related field
- Salary Range based on relevant experience: $80,000-90,000
