Small metal building in Laurel has 228' of 16' walls, gable ends up to 20'. Total SF looks like just under 4,000. Need it all drywalled and taped over metal studs. ALSO have two acoustic sound barrier walls with multiple layers of acoustic drywall on both sides of them, 50' wide x 20' tall.
Project is on a secure site, all workers will have to pass a background check. Must be citizens, no felons.
Project will start about 4/4, need to have it done in about 3 days. If the schedule works, you can do it on a weekend.
This has to be a quality job. Don't want any beginners on this. I don't care how big the crew is but they all do a background check.
I will buy all the drywall, mud, tape, and screws.
I will furnish 2 manlifts. You will need to furnish ALL the other tools.
If this part goes good I'll need it painted also.
