This person must demonstrate a high level of integrity in all their work, striving to achieve the highest standards of quality and professionalism in every project. Responsible for bringing truck, tools, and materials to job sites daily, and proficient in using a variety of products across multiple trades. Capable of measuring, estimating materials, and completing jobs efficiently, even with challenges like dry time for paint and spackle. Skilled in managing window and door placements, framing, exterior siding, and handling basic electrical and plumbing tasks. Experienced in multi-trade projects including siding, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and framing for additions and decks. Able to install kitchens with detailed crown and trim work. Leads teams to ensure high-quality performance, communicates effectively with clients and colleagues, and oversees projects from start to finish, maintaining budget and schedule. Reads and follows blueprints, scope of work, and drawings to ensure accurate execution.
