Steady and dependable, NON-SMOKING handyman with reliable and appropriate transportation, the usual power and hand tools needed 20-30 hrs per month for the usual Honey To Do list. Strong carpentry/cabinetmaking skills. Light electrical/plumbing as well as remodeling experience desired. Able to operate power equipment like chainsaw, wood chipper, jack hammer, etc. on occasion.
Must be well rounded, personable, patient and willing to solve problems in a creative way. Must have time for a new and steady client and respect my time by being on time. Must be physically fit, able to get on a ladder or on the ground. Strong ability to solve problems and work along with the home owners. I will provide the materials and anything specific to my projects. No "Off the Books" or "CASH ONLY" candidates as I have a business as well, PayPal account needed. This is for a home owner with a single home and two rentals.
