SIMmersion creates state-of-the-art role-play simulations for government and corporate clients to train complex conversation skills like suicide intervention, interview and interrogation, job interviewing, and many more! Script Engineers are responsible for the creation of these simulations including the development of realistic and varied scripts, the application of teaching objectives, and the design of multi-faceted feedback systems. Candidates must be motivated to learn new technologies and improve their skills. Rapid personal growth is expected.
Responsibilities:
Develop expertise with SIMmersion's proprietary software
Write engaging and realistic dialogue for a variety of simulated characters
Create effective training tools with support documentation
Test software and simulations in development
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and subject matter experts
Identify and resolve complex logic errors
Meet evolving deadlines for multiple projects
Requirements:
Measurable analytic/logical skills
High emotional intelligence
Excellent computer skills
Effective oral and written communications skills
Ability to pass screening assessments and job skills tests
Desirables:
Degree in English, Psychology, or related field
Instructional design experience or degree
Web design experience
Video production experience
Military experience
