- Facilitate business requirements analysis during presentations, communications, and documentation with technical and business teams
- Research and identify creative solutions to business needs in order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives
- Collaborate with client organizations, external vendors and

- 5+ years of BA experience working in data heavy projects and environment
- Experience with cross functional team analysts, project managers, and backlogging
- Work with converting business initiatives into business requirements epics
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Environment
- Experience utilizing data tools like Snowflake or similar is highly preferred
- Undergraduate degree and Graduate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Salary between $45-52/hr depending on experience
