About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a full time

Technical Lead/Solutions Architect to support a federal customer in the DC Metro area

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with government customer and contractor responsible for advising government staff and performing IV&V
  • Technical expertise needed to manage Grants.gov challenges
  • 24/7 Managed services and primary/alternate data center environments containing aging hardware
  • ATO process (audit, certification, findings resolution, scans, etc.)
  • Cloud migration
  • COTS integration (Adobe AEM, Liferay, SOLR, Elastic Search, etc.)
  • System performance related to seasonal lifecycle, submission peaks, 1M+ users, etc.
  • Technically expertise and hands-on knowledge of modernization topics
  • Platform optimization (containers, open source, cloud services)
  • Application framework modernization (improve maintainability and use)
  • API Modernization (move from SOAP to REST, JSON, GraphQL, Swagger, etc.)
  • Low-Code development platform
  • Integrated AI Chatbot to reduce calls to contact center
  • User centric and task-oriented UI with contemporary look
  • Improved log analysis
  • Data collection/management at the form data element level instead of form level
  • Support creating LOEs for enhancements and mandatory/policy changes to the system.
  • Experience with projects using Agile/SCRUM. Certified Scrum Master a plus.
