We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Bethesda, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our team n Rockville, MD.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • The Desktop Support Technician will provide technical deskside support for an extremely diverse biomedical research institute consisting of over 4,000 users in a Windows/Macintosh/Linux environment.
  • This is a challenging job with state-of-the-art equipment.
  • We are looking for people with experience in various aspects of desktop support, Windows 10, Macintosh operating systems, networking and the ability to re-image a workstation.
  • The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment with demanding users.

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years exp. with Windows 10
  • 1 to 3 years exp. with Macintosh operating systems
  • 1 to 3 years exp. with Network and re-imaging workstations

Preferred Skills:

  • Respond to incident and request tickets in a timely fashion and document all activity related to a ticket.
  • Escalates tickets appropriately.
  • Projection Unit: Schedule, setup and breakdown.

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who works in Colorado is $93,000 - $130, 200. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on a number of factors, including work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
