Role: TPF Developer with MARSHA Location: Bethesda, MD Type: Contract Job Description: Role & Responsibilities:
- Understand Business Requirements from business team.
- Requirement Analysis - Analyze the requirements from the client and ensure the stated requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and unambiguous; and resolve any apparent conflicts.
- Project Estimation - Provide detailed estimation of the project, right from the requirement analysis phase till the warranty phase. The estimations will then be used by client to approve budget for the project.
- Provide High Level Architecture flow and High-Level Design documents.
- Design and Development - Provide technical and functional guidance to the team to design and develop the project based on the given requirements.
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedule - Prepare detailed project plan, track the project progress and keep the cost, schedule and time under control.
- Manage Issues and Risks Identify the risks during the early phase of the project, provide mitigation plan. Track and control the risks. Ensure to address any issues that occur during the project life cycle and track them to closure quickly to not affect the project cost and schedule.
- Review the project deliverables for completeness and quality before delivering to the customer.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
