Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesNew business acquisition; however, the role may also involve an element of Account Management.
Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract signature.
Attend sales meetings/demonstrations/presentations with potential customers.
Maintain and grow existing relationships.
Responsible for generating and delivering customer proposals and leading commercial negotiations with customers, whilst complying with a flexible and efficient internal sales governance process.
Ongoing awareness of the industry market and product knowledge.
Assist in any other related areas when needed.
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal English language skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to add to a high-performance team culture where agents “exhaust all opportunities” to achieve targets and brand loyalty for the client.
- Aims to surprise and delight on every customer interaction
- Experience in a previous customer service or sales roles (E);
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, ability to multitask and work independently (E);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy (E);
- Flexible approach to working hours and location (E);
- Excellent understanding of call center practices, KPIs etc. (P);
