Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing - Branding Assistant. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a rapidly growing and exciting organization. The successful candidate will work with marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. Responsibilities will be helping to measure the effect of marketing and promotional strategies for our brand, as well as create marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in key day-to-day marketing and product development functions.

  • Understand the company product and brand.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.

  • Assist in developing marketing material, including brochures, flyers, blog posts, posters, etc.

  • Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.

  • Help identify marketing trends and critical prospects for innovation.

  • Present the research reports to the brand manager and help in the development of placement and promotional strategies for the brand.

  • Work closely with our marketing and sales department.

  • Create marketing materials, such as case studies, white papers, and presentations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs while maintaining client revenue streams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in computer usage, especially MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and others.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Business to business experience in a selling or service environment is an asset.

  • Comfortable with financial sales tracking and analysis.

  • Good numeracy skills and knowledge of statistics.

  • Drive, determination, and enthusiasm.

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities.
