Position: CloudOps Engineer Duration: Direct Hire Interview Process:
- Interview with other Engineers from team

- AWS certified, 5 years on AWS minimum
- Doer, not a manager but nice if they have managed 1 or 2 tech people before
- Must have worked with an offshore team
- Manage Clinic On-Boarding Process
- The ability to troubleshoot within the framework of the OSI model
- Trouble Shoot Vendor Data Transmission Issues
- Patients export issues
- Clinic data issues
- Trouble Shoot Vendor Data Integrations
- Escalate unresolved issues to device manufactures BIO, ABT, MDT, BSC
- Manage Vendor Proxy & All Components
- Python Script
- Mainspring Data Express
- Cloverleaf Instances Requires significant amount of manual effort to manage
- Windows Scheduler
- Build additional vendor proxies as needed to support 2022 clinics
- User Administration for Synergy Related Access AWS, BitBucket & Jira.
- Windows Administration, Python, Database & Advanced Troubleshooting
- AWS services knowledge
- Working collaboratively with diverse development team
- Development of strong partner relationships
- Development of new processes to improve efficiency
- Computer science degree or equivalent
- 5 years in system engineering
- AWS Certification(s) preferred
