We're looking for a systems administrator who specializes in operations of networks, systems, and subsystems in virtual and cloud-based environment with a solid background in DoD Applied Compliance Assessment Solution(ACAS) and Host-Based Security System(HBSS) products to perform system security scans and to prevent, mitigate, and respond to security threats.As a systems administrator on our project, you'll configure and maintain operational Windows, VMware ESXi, and AWS cloud-based server environments and work with DoD ACAS and HBSS products to perform system security scans and group policy updates and execute maintenance scripts and jobs. You'll provide your customers with insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You'll help your team to better comprehend the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. Join our team and solve daily challenges as we improve digital training solutions for the warfighter.Empower change with us.You Have:-2+ years of experience with implementing and configuring IT infrastructure systems, including operating systems, applications, databases, firewalls, and networks-Experience with a wide variety of technologies and products, including VMware vCenter Server and ESXi, Windows, network switches and routers, next generation firewalls, VoIP technologies, security appliances, storage arrays, tape libraries, load balancing hardware, and various software supporting applications and programs-Experience with building, delivering, and managing Cloud IaaS environments using IaaS platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle-Experience with multiple operating systems, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows 2008 and 2012-Experience with AWS, including EC2, Network, ELB, and S3-Experience with Microsoft Identity Services, including Active Directory Domain Services, Federation Services, and associated identity management tools-Ability to provision and configure IT environments and use CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, PowerShell, or similar tools-Ability to obtain a security clearance-HS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:-2+ years of experience with DevOps and automation frameworks, including Chef, Docker, Puppet, or Jenkins-Secret clearance-BA or BS degree-Security+ Certification-AWS or Microsoft Cloud Certified Associate or Professional CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Build Your Career:When you join Booz Allen, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other professionals doing similar work across multiple markets.
