Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Aternity Performance Monitoring Expert skilled in Application Performance Management ( APM ) and Network Performance Management ( NPM ) solutions at the South Burlington, VT; Camp Springs, MD; or a location to be determined upon offer acceptance.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performance and capacity planning for all solutions during Architecture and Engineering phase, prior to implementation.

Analysis of end to end performance impacts and costs associated both monetarily and operationally.

Capacity analysis, bandwidth studies and risk-analysis reports should be delivered prior to the delivery of any engineering solution, so as to not negatively impact the enterprise LAN/WAN and Cloud Interconnects.

Improve customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and delivering products and services within required timelines.

Achieve maximum network performance for the enterprise users on both wired and wireless, as well as for remote teleworkers.

Produce repeatable reports that evaluate capacity and identify areas where improvements can be implemented.

Analyze specifications and capacity and undertake appropriate calculations to estimate resource requirements, in terms of labor, tools and materials.

Create capacity plans that meet Government defined business targets and optimize efficiency and costs.

Evaluate solution requirements and deliver minimum and maximum performance metrics to set thresholds; forecast when under or over conditions exist; provide mitigation/corrective action strategy.

Identify and document potential pitfalls, issues, challenges, and potential resolution strategies.

Provide continuous review of software and hardware solutions so that the organization can better anticipate customer needs.

Use Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS Teams to provide transparency and allow information to be visible in real time and to create a unified backlog ensuring visibility into all areas of work and identifying inter-dependencies between teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with APM and NPM technology.

In depth knowledge of Riverbed Aternity End User Experience Monitoring.

Must have strong technical administrative experience with Riverbed Aternity End User Experience Monitoring. This includes ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

Strong technical hands-on background in various operating systems, applications, network technologies, and software languages.

Expertise in digital performance management solutions, implementations, and governance.

Ability to build strong client relationships by providing high quality products and services to the clients.

Experience and proven track record of success managing highly critical applications and product implementations (which includes routine maintenance and upgrades).

Effective customer relationship management through engagement and customer satisfactions ratings.

Ideal candidate is passionate about learning new technologies, embracing change, coaching and mentoring personnel and teams, networking, performance management, and collaborating to achieve high quality standards.

Ability to collaborate with different departments and teams to achieve common goals.

Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, collaborative environment.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Effective written and verbal communications skills.

Experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects

Familiarity with Agile concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Experience with major cloud providers such as Azure or AWS preferred.

Experience supporting Government contracts

Security Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust and complete a DHS Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office

The projected compensation range for this position is $122,600-$204,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
