Summary: As a Cybersecurity Identity & Access Engineer, you will support the companies Identity and Access Management initiatives as they relate to the user account lifecycle management and network resource access. This will include integrating identity governance and access management with cloud platforms and services. Engage in centralizing governance to maintain consistency of identities and access privileges across the variety of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and legacy on-prem systems.

Responsibilities: • Participate in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects, including planning, project management, requirements, design, conversion, testing, and implementation. • Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration solution. • Develop and build new application Integration, Account, and Entitlement Connectors, and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform. • Design and develop new access request forms in Saviynt based on Business needs. • Enhance review definitions and generation of review for quarterly audit Support during new application onboarding with Saviynt Security Manager (SSM). • Verify and ensure users' entitlement in an application platform is appropriate based on an individual's business role and job function and remediate access of the users if it is no longer required. • Collaborate with other Identity & Access Engineers and architects on major initiatives and be a strong individual contributor and thought leader who improves Identity & Access service offerings. • Develop and maintain Identity & Access technical documentation, code repositories, and development environments. • Provide guidance to the IAM operations team and serve as an escalation point for resolving operational incidents. • Operate as a technical subject matter expert and advise project teams regarding integration with IAM technologies. • Operate as per Scrum or Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).

Requirements: • Knowledge and Experience in the development phase for one or more of the following Identity & Access components. • User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation, Application Support and Operations Management, Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring, Access Certification, SoD. • Strong understanding of Security Protocols & Products: Understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth. • Full stack development experience. • Experience developing complex architecture and creating technical designs. • Understanding of HTML-5, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, XML, JSON and RESTful Web Service. • Understanding of IAM concepts like reconciliation, account provisioning, dormant accounts, etc. • Hands on experience with Identity Management and Governance products. • Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.

Preferred Qualifications: • Identity and access management domain knowledge. • Experience with development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products like Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Ping, etc. in a large organization. • Possess or obtain Security+ certification within 6 months (equivalent or higher cybersecurity certification can be accepted). • Possess or obtain AZ-900 certification within 6 months.
