Now Hiring a Scrum Master

As a

Scrum Master you will facilitate a team of architects, developers, business analysts, and other roles using Agile software methodologies. The project will involve developing a complex web application using Microsoft and other technologies for one of our most valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Experience with Agile processes and Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, mid-sprint reviews, sprint demos, and retros
Experience coaching various team members, including product owners, to effectively use agile methodologies
Practical understanding of agile methodologies
Understanding of how to transform requirements into a features, user stories, and other backlog items
Experience working with analysts, developers, and other team members to facilitating backlog refinement
Experience working with product owners to elicit and prioritize requirements
Comfortable facilitating teams to meet tight project deadlines
Comfortable resolving various types of backlog related conflicts for the team
Experience coordinating with other scrum teams
Ability to work directly with client staff and in a team environment

Location and Travel Details

This is a remote position with occasional travel once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements

Profile of Success

Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field , 6 years of software experience in various roles
At least 2 years of experience as a scrum master or closely related roles for projects involving custom application development on the Microsoft technology platform
Practical experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, or other related backlog management tools

Desirable Skills

Scrum Master certification
