Summary: In this role, you will be focused on building great user experiences for our customers through creative solutions in responsive web development and new emerging technologies. Strong understanding of human/computer interaction and demonstrated ability to work and think creatively on a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and with multiple project teams.

Requirements: • Experience with front end development (back-end web development is a plus) and best practices for each. Knowledge of Agile workflows and an ability to collaborate in a fast-paced customer facing application. • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Listed below are among the key skills that you will need to master while performing in this position: • Demonstrate ability and proficiency to work with ADO, Code Repositories, Design Kit, NPM, Typescript, JavaScript, React.js and Integrated Development Environment at an expert level.

General Skills: • Administration: Maintain all admin duties (Workday, MS Project, Status Report, ADO, etc.) independently without re-work. • Communication: (verbal and written) with team members, project teams, and management, with no to very little oversight from your management team. Create and publish the appropriate documents to the necessary groups/individuals based on project size/scope. • Presentations: Effectively and appropriately conduct presentations to large-sized groups of team members, project teams, and management at an expert level. • Independence and Collaboration: Be a team player. Support the management team by actively helping to build a positive team culture. Take the initiative to find opportunities to improve the team and work to drive them to completion. • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate knowledge of current design trends and contribute to establishing corporate UI standards while monitoring the voice used in the content. When opportunities arise, attend conferences, publish comprehensive notes, and summarize key takeaways in a presentation, and work with management to introduce new skills/processes. • Project Management: Follow good design project management practices including thorough planning and appropriate communication with team and outside groups for large-sized projects at an expert level. • Quantitative: Know, understand, and assist in moving the group's numbers, accomplishing business goals, and contributing positively to the company's overall results at an expert level. Follow-up with the business unit to learn about the quantitative (Visual Sciences, Google Analytics) and qualitative (usability tests, Opinion Labs) performance of the design and utilize this information when proposing and evaluating changes. • Analysis: Demonstrate solid analytical skills when assessing a business problem and applying it to design principles at an expert level. • Problem Solving: Think outside of the box when assessing issues and proposing solutions at an expert level. • Industry Knowledge: Exhibit business operations and IT knowledge at an expert level.

Developer Skills: • Demonstrate development abilities and expertise in existing technologies used by the team (Ex. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and/or back-end support). Lead projects that require involvement and coordination with other developers to be successful. Keep an eye out for potential new technology opportunities (for example: CSS Pre-processors, JavaScript libraries, and CSS3 Animations) at an expert level.
